How to order custom wraps
Ordering something bespoke is straightforward. Here's how it works from start to finish.
Get in touch
Drop us an email or use the contact form with your idea and arrow details (diameter, model, quantity).
Artwork & proof
Send us your artwork — or we'll design something. We'll come back to you with a digital proof for approval.
Approve & pay
Once you're happy with the proof, we take payment and go straight into production.
Delivery
Typical turnaround is 48 hours from proof approval — and usually arrives in our iconic lime green envelope.
Artwork guidelines
- → Best formats: vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution raster (300dpi+) PNG, JPEG, TIFF or PSD (layered is best)
- → Colours: Please provide Pantone references if colour matching is critical, otherwise we'll do our best to match your file
- → Text: Outline all text in vector files to avoid font issues
- → No artwork? Just describe what you want and we'll create something for you
- → Arrow info needed: Arrow make, model and spine (the spine is critical as they vary in size)
Custom order FAQs
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
One set (at least 14 wraps). Bulk orders can be priced individually for a lower cost per wrap — get in touch!
How long does a custom order take? +
In most cases we can turn around a custom order within 48 hours of receiving your artwork approval and payment. If we need to design something from scratch, allow a little longer for the back-and-forth on proofing. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Can I see a proof before it goes to print? +
Yes — always. We won't go to print on anything until you've signed off on a digital proof. We want you to be completely happy with your order before we make it.
I don't know my arrow diameter — can you help? +
Absolutely. Just tell us the arrow make, model and spine and we'll look up the correct diameter — we have an in-house database of thousands of arrow shafts! If it's an unusual shaft, we may ask you to measure it — a digital calliper gives the best result.
What if I'm not happy with my order? +
We always want you to be happy. If something has gone wrong on our end, we'll put it right — quickly and without fuss. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.
